The Levenhuk DTX RC2 remote-controlled microscope is an optical and digital instrument with optical and digital magnification equipped with spotlights on flexible supports and a multifunction wireless remote control. This microscope is an excellent assistant for working on electronic circuits, watch mechanisms, geological samples, jewelry, and other large objects. The microscope can be used both professionally and for hobbies.
Large rotating LCD screen
This microscope offers magnification from a factor of 3 up to a factor of 200. This allows detailed observation of the structure of large objects. The image seen through the objective lens is displayed on the integrated LCD screen. The screen is large: it has a 7-inch diagonal and the image is fully colored. The screen can be slightly tilted, making prolonged use of the microscope more comfortable.
High-resolution images and videos
In addition to studying objects, this microscope also allows recording videos in Full HD quality and taking photos with resolution up to 12 Mpx. Data are saved on a memory card (sold separately). The integrated software allows basic image processing operations.
Lighting system on flexible supports
There is an LED system for top lighting. Some of the LEDs are placed inside the microscope’s objective group, while two others are fixed on flexible supports. The lighting system allows precise illumination of the work area, achieving three-dimensional images. Brightness can be adjusted via a small switch on the power cable. On the same cable, there is also another button for turning the microscope on and off.
Multifunction remote control
It is possible to control the microscope using the buttons at the base or the wireless remote control. Besides adjusting magnification, the remote control allows taking photos and recording videos and provides access to many other options.
