Levenhuk DTX 700 Mobi Digital Microscope

Levenhuk DTX 700 Mobi is a portable microscope that is practical to take with you. It easily fits in a backpack due to its design it is convenient to hold the microscope with one hand. This microscope can be an excellent research tool for a kid due to the lightweight design. Yet the main application purpose of Levenhuk DTX 700 Mobi is assistance in professional activity. It is useful for studying artworks, minerals, coins, and sections of metals. It can also be used for quality assessment of soldering and repairing appliances. A handheld microscope is often used to check the quality of goods in stores and detect any possible mold growing on fruit and vegetables.

An image is formed by a camera with a 5MP sensor. It transmits a high-resolution color image to a built-in LCD screen. A flip screen can be easily set in the most convenient position for work. In addition, the microscope can capture images and record videos (a memory card is required, which is purchased separately). It is performed by one button on the body. If necessary, Levenhuk DTX 700 Mobi can be connected to an external device: a monitor, a TV, or a computer. All of the necessary cables are already included in the kit.

Before connecting a microscope to a computer, do not forget to install the included software. It will give you access to extended features, allow for measuring linear and angular sizes of objects as well as apply texts and images on pictures.

The microscope allows for working with only non-transparent specimens a LED illumination with adjustable brightness is used as a light source. There is a polarizing filter, which allows for reducing glare and parasite reflections during observing shiny objects. Recommendations on using the software: in order for the PortableCapture Plus program (and its other versions) to operate correctly, please launch the installed application only when your microscope is connected to a PC and ready for observations.

Caution! Remember that mains voltage in the U.S. and Canada is 110V and 220-240V in most European countries. Please refer to the specifications table for the correct mains voltage and never attempt to plug a 110V device into 220V outlet and vice versa without using a converter.
