The Levenhuk LabZZ DM200 LCD is a digital microscope with a lively and interesting design. A child will appreciate not only the optical capabilities of this microscope but also the digital features. This microscope model is equipped with a color LCD screen. The diagonal of the screen is 4.3 inches. The displayed image is colored, bright, and with good contrast. Magnification ranges from 17x up to 220x, with optical magnification variable between 17x and 55x. It is possible to show images on the computer screen by connecting it via USB cable and using screen capture software. The microscope is equipped with two light sources: two LED lights, upper and lower. This allows the study of samples of any transparency level. There is a brightness regulator.
Images and videos are saved on a memory card (to be purchased separately). The image quality is excellent, with photos up to 12 MP and videos in Full HD. Very convenient is the ability to take photos and record videos using the wireless remote control.
The microscope can also be powered by the built-in battery, allowing for use far from a power outlet.
