The Levenhuk Rainbow DM500 LCD digital microscope is a device for studying objects of any degree of transparency. It is suitable for studying parts of plants, insects, and ready-to-use microscope slides. It can be used to examine stones, coins, electronic device components, and mechanisms. This microscope also allows you to capture photos and videos. This function can be controlled via the wireless remote control.
The microscope is equipped with a 5-inch color rotating LCD screen. It can be tilted a few degrees for greater convenience. The microscope's magnification ranges from 7 to 200 times, with optical magnification between 7x and 50x. The microscope stage is equipped with clips to hold slides in place. LED lighting is positioned both above and below the stage, making it possible to work with opaque, semi-transparent, and transparent samples. The illumination brightness is adjustable.
Use the buttons on the microscope stand to control the basic functions. Photos can be taken and videos recorded using the wireless remote control. This is especially advisable when all settings have been configured and you want to avoid changing them by accidentally touching the device. It is possible to capture high-resolution images and videos and save them to a memory card (sold separately).
Additionally, one of the main features of this model is the ability to operate on battery power. This makes the microscope a portable tool and allows working even away from a power outlet.
