The external neck cutter Hand-held Outside Neck Turner the only carbide neck thickness cutter, no sharpening required.

Precisely machined with special angles and reliefs designed specifically for neck cutting; the cutter approach angle allows cutting up to the shoulder of the case.
The micrometer adjustment knob allows fine adjustments in both directions; easily adjustable up to .0005″. Index marks at .001″ intervals are clearly printed on the instrument body.

Dedicated pilots are sold separately and are .002″ to .0025″ smaller than the bullet diameter.
Do not confuse with the pilots for the case cutter arbor or for the external neck cutter of the case cutter, as none of these are interchangeable.
