The outside neck turner Hand-held Outside Neck Turner the only cutter for neck thickness in carbide, requiring no sharpening.

Precisely machined with special angles and reliefs specifically designed for neck cutting; the cutter's approach angle allows cutting up to the shoulder of the case.
The micrometric adjustment knob allows fine adjustments in both directions; easily adjustable up to .0005″. Index marks at .001″ intervals are clearly printed on the tool body.

Dedicated pilots are sold separately and are .002″ to .0025″ smaller than the bullet diameter.
Do not confuse with the Pilot for the case cutter stemor for the outside neck turner of the case cutter, as none of these are interchangeable.
