The Ermenrich LR600 laser rangefinder is capable of measuring the distance of an object up to 600 meters away from the observer. It can be used to measure distances, angles, and the speed of moving objects. The measurement error is very low, making this instrument extremely versatile and suitable for hunting, camping, and outdoor construction work. This rangefinder can be aimed at large objects, such as multi-story buildings, but also at objects that are difficult to identify at great distances, such as pylons, flags, and poles.
Its optics offer 6x magnification, and the measured values are displayed in real time on the LCD display of the eyepiece. Depending on the application, it is possible to take a single distance measurement or continuous measurements. Additional functions are also available. For example, this instrument features a "flag detection" mode which quickly detects a small target in an open field and measures its distance. Furthermore, the device vibrates when the position of the object has been identified. There is also a slope mode available, useful during golf games.
Compact and lightweight, this rangefinder fits comfortably in one hand and is easy to carry. For those intending to take multiple measurements from the same point over an extended period, it is possible to mount the instrument on a tripod to stabilize the image and obtain more accurate measurements. The tripod mount has a 1/4" thread. The instrument is powered by standard batteries. An automatic shut-off function is available.
