Match™ Grade Bushing Dies
The competition dies with the Bushings or interchangeable Bushings are designed to provide the ultimate precision and winning performance as required by shooters. Match Grade Dies feature self-centering bushings for neck sizing with tight tolerances to provide superior precision.

The Sizing Die is equipped with a precision polished elliptical expander to reduce friction and the neck-body draw. The Seater Die features a seat adjustment screw, an integrated collet, the locking spring, and the sleeve for ball alignment before insertion.

Use of Hornady Match Grade Full & Neck Bushings:
Match Grade Dies have a separate and interchangeable neck bushing. The size of the bushing (inside diameter) determines the neck size when the case is inserted into the die.

Use some loaded cartridges that fit the chamber without excessive play, measure the neck diameter. Subtract .001" from that diameter and the result should be a reasonable starting point for the correct bushing size. Choose the bushing die of this size or one slightly smaller. Simple, isn’t it?
