Match™ Grade Bushing Dies
The competition dies with the Bushings or Interchangeable Bushings are designed to provide ultimate precision and winning performance as required by shooters. Match Grade Dies feature self-centering bushings for neck sizing at strict tolerances to provide superior precision.

The Sizing Die is equipped with a precision-polished elliptical expander to reduce friction and neck-body drag. The Seater Die features a seating adjustment screw, built-in collet, locking spring, and sleeve for aligning the bullet before seating it.

Using Hornady Match Grade Full & Neck Bushings:
Match Grade Dies have a separate, interchangeable bushing for the neck. The size of the bushing (internal diameter) determines the neck size when the case is inserted into the die.

Use some loaded cartridges that fit the chamber without excessive play, measure the neck diameter. Subtract .001" from that diameter, and the result should be a reasonable starting point for the correct bushing size. Choose the die bushing this size or slightly smaller. Simple, isn’t it??
