Match™ Grade Bushing Dies
The competition dies with the Bushings or Interchangeable Bushings are designed to provide ultimate precision and winning performance as demanded by shooters. Match Grade Dies feature self-centering bushings for neck sizing with tight tolerances to deliver superior accuracy.

The Sizing Die is equipped with a precision polished elliptical expander to reduce friction and neck-body drag. The Seater Die features an adjustable seating screw, an integrated collet, a lock spring, and a sleeve for aligning the bullet before seating.

Using Hornady Match Grade Full & Neck Bushings:
Match Grade Dies have a separate and interchangeable neck bushing. The bushing size (inside diameter) determines the neck size when the case is inserted into the die.

Use some loaded cartridges that fit the chamber with minimal play, measure the neck diameter. Subtract .001" from that diameter, and the result should be a reasonable starting point for the correct bushing size. Choose the die bushing this size or slightly smaller. Simple, isn’t it??
