Levenhuk 700M Monocular Microscope

Levenhuk 700M – monocular biological microscope with a metal body, designed for the study of transparent samples in transmitted light. This microscope can be used by students, researchers, and enthusiasts; it is a valuable aid for clinical and medical research and can be used for bacterioscopy and cystoscopy. The Levenhuk 700M microscope can fully take its place in a home, school laboratory, or medical institute.

The microscope is equipped with a turret designed for 4 objective lenses. The kit includes achromatic objectives with various magnification factors; one of them is an immersion lens. The use of immersion oil can significantly increase the brightness of the observed sample and increase the possible magnification values. The two wide-field eyepieces included in the kit, a 10x eyepiece and a 20x Huygens eyepiece, are the perfect complement and allow a wide variety of observations. The microscope's magnification range varies from 40x to 2000x.

The monocular head is inclined at 45°, a fundamental feature for long-duration observations. This position reduces strain on the neck muscles and offers optimal comfort during observation. For more practical group use, the microscope head rotates around its axis. It will not be necessary to rotate the entire instrument to show the details of the observed samples to colleagues or students.

The microscope stage moves vertically and horizontally, making it comfortable to observe samples even at maximum magnification. A coordinate scale is shown on the stage to help determine the accuracy of movements along the axes. The stage control is manual. Focusing features two types of adjustments – coarse and fine.

The illumination with adjustable brightness is placed under the stage. An Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm is useful for achieving better illumination of the observed samples. It directs the light precisely onto the studied sample. The condenser has special centering screws. The illumination is powered by mains electricity; the power cable is included.
