The Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope is a laboratory model for professional observations. It is suitable for conducting morphological, hematological, biochemical, and many other types of research in medical institute laboratories and scientific and research centers. Assistants and university professors can use the Levenhuk 320 PLUS for their lessons to medical and healthcare profession students.
The microscope features achromatic optics that provide a high-contrast, sharp, and detailed image without optical aberrations. Thanks to the included eyepieces, the microscope creates a wide, planar field of view, which allows observation of large objects with a complex structure. The monocular microscope head rotates 360°. The microscope offers a magnification range of 40–1600x. The 100x objective allows the use of the oil immersion method — a bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit.
Samples are fixed on a stage. The stage can be moved along two axes: the mechanical translator is used for precise positioning of samples under the objective. Coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanisms are used to adjust sharpness.
LED illumination at the bottom of the microscope is used to light the examined sample and has brightness adjustment. The optical beam passes through an Abbe condenser, which regulates the brightness via an iris diaphragm. The kit includes optical filters that increase contrast and sharpness of the observed image. The illumination can be powered by AC mains or batteries. Therefore, the Levenhuk 320 PLUS can also be used outdoors, during field trips and seminars.

Warning: Refer to the specifications table for the correct mains voltage and never try to connect a 110 V device to a 220 V outlet and vice versa without using a converter. Remember that mains voltage in the United States and Canada is 110 V and 220–240 V in most European countries.
