The Levenhuk Skyline PLUS 90 MAK telescope is a compact optical instrument for exploring space and deep sky. It is perfect for customers with little experience in astronomical observations who are ready to move on to more advanced studies. It is a fairly simple telescope to use but with more features than basic models. It allows observation of the Moon, the planets up to Saturn, and their satellites. The extreme limits of the Solar System are distinguishable but not in detail. It is possible to observe the brightest celestial objects in the NGC catalog, double stars, all objects in the Messier catalog, as well as planetary and diffuse nebulae.
This telescope has a catadioptric optical system, is small and lightweight, with optimal optical capabilities. Thanks to the fully multi-coated optics, this catadioptric telescope gathers a lot of light, which allows the observation of faint stars or other low-luminosity objects in the night sky. The kit includes two medium magnification eyepieces. The mirror diagonal is useful for observing terrestrial landscapes, an activity that would otherwise be rather inconvenient.
The equatorial mount requires less effort to accurately locate celestial bodies. Astronomical objects of interest will not escape the field of view even during prolonged observations. The mount is anchored to an aluminum tripod with an accessory tray. It is stable and reliable. The height of each tripod leg can be adjusted individually, allowing the telescope to be positioned on any type of terrain.
