This telescope uses fully coated glass lenses. The optical elements create a sharp, detailed, and clear image and impress with detailed images and extreme magnifications. The mirror diagonal included in the kit is essential for examining terrestrial objects. The Levenhuk Skyline PLUS 60T delivers an inverted image. Use a mirror diagonal to correct it for comfortable terrestrial observations.

The optical tube is mounted on an equatorial mount operated by slow-motion control knobs. Learning how to control the mount will take some time, but it is more useful and simpler for tracking celestial objects compared to an altazimuth mount. A 5x optical finder helps to track objects in the starry sky.
