The Levenhuk Skyline PLUS 120S telescope is a Newtonian reflector with a spherical primary mirror measuring 114 mm in diameter. It is suitable for observing the Moon, planets of the Solar System, nebulae, galaxies, star clusters, and many other celestial bodies. Thanks to the large aperture, it is possible to observe bright objects from the Messier and NGC catalogs. In the nearer space, this telescope allows observation of the polar ice caps of Mars, weather changes on Venus, Saturn's rings, Jupiter's satellites, and even the distant Uranus and Neptune, although not in detail.
This telescope is suitable for both beginners and more experienced astronomy enthusiasts. The telescope is equipped with an equatorial mount, which allows for quick aiming and convenient tracking of desired objects, even during extended observation sessions. Some practice is necessary to master the use of a telescope with this mount, but this will not be an obstacle for a well-motivated beginner. The mount is fixed to an aluminum tripod with adjustable height. It is also equipped with an accessory tray.
The kit includes the accessories necessary for a wide range of observations and helps avoid additional purchases. Included are two eyepieces with different focal lengths and a Barlow lens.
