The Levenhuk Fatum Z700 is a monocular thermal viewer capable of detecting a moving target up to a distance of 3000 meters. It can be used for numerous applications, such as search and rescue operations, security and surveillance activities, hunting, or camping. It will prove useful for spotting prey, detecting intruders, and locating landmarks. The Levenhuk Fatum Z700 monocular thermal viewer is not hindered by fog, smoke screens, or camouflage coverings: it will always find the desired target by detecting its heat signature. This is possible not only for animal and human targets but also for industrial plants.
The optical magnification is 3.3x, and it is also possible to use digital zoom, continuously adjustable between 1x and 4x. To increase contrast and sharpness, you can select one of the digital color palettes, available in six different colors. Additionally, it features hot spot detection and Picture in Picture mode, which make fieldwork easier. If necessary, distant targets can be marked by a laser designator, which works up to a distance of 200 meters.
Additional features include a video camera and a rangefinder. The video camera can capture viewed images in photo and video format: data will be stored on the available internal memory of 16 GB. The rangefinder allows calculating the distance to the target without the need for additional instruments. The monocular supports two different communication protocols: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The first is used to connect the monocular thermal viewer to a smartphone, to view images and access the photo and video gallery via the TargetIR app. The second is necessary for using the remote control. The device is also equipped with two ports: microHDMI for connection to an external display, and USB Type-C for data transfer and battery charging. This device is powered by two rechargeable batteries with a total capacity of 6000 mAh, enough for 5 hours of autonomy.
This thermal viewer model is compact, lightweight, water-resistant, and easy to use in any situation. There is a 1/4" threaded hole to mount the device on a tripod.
