Pilots are precisely ground and are .005" smaller than the bullet diameter. Designed for use with Forster case trimmers, are also compatible with Redding and Hornady lathes. These pilots are necessary to trim cases of different calibers. Without using the correct pilot, cases will not be trimmed uniformly.

To use, loosen the Allen screw on the cutter shaft, place the appropriate pilot on the shaft, and tighten the Allen screw.
