The Discovery Spark Travel 76 reflecting telescope with educational book is perfect for basic space observations. It can be used to observe the brightest deep sky objects, the Moon, and some of the planets. This reflecting telescope is accompanied by a comprehensive set of optical accessories, a case for protection and transport, and a colorful educational book. Its brightly colored gift packaging makes this telescope perfect as a surprise for a budding astronomy enthusiast, who will be able to learn many interesting things about space and immediately experience its beauty.
The main optical element of the Discovery Spark Travel 76 telescope is a spherical mirror. All optical surfaces are coated with an anti-reflective treatment, making the produced images sharp, clear, and bright. The telescope’s optical tube is aimed at objects using an altazimuth mount, equipped with a lock knob on the vertical axis, which makes the entire aiming process smoother and more precise. The tripod is made of metal and is completed by an accessory tray, convenient for placing the 2x Barlow lens and the eyepieces already included in the kit.
