This binocular features the classic combination of 8x magnification with 40 mm diameter lenses. Considered the benchmark standard among binoculars, thanks to its features that make it multifunctional. On one hand, the forward zoom is perfect. On the other hand, it offers a wide field of view. The Discovery Gator 8x40 binocular is an excellent choice for hunting, trekking, birdwatching and wildlife observation, territorial surveillance, and outdoor activities.

The optical scheme is based on Porro prisms. The optics are made of glass with fully coated anti-reflective treatment. This binocular provides a bright, vivid image with high contrast and good definition of fine details. Central focusing and diopter correction, located on the right eyepiece, help adjust sharpness. It is also possible to adjust the interpupillary distance. Simple rubber eyecups ensure maximum comfort during prolonged observations.

The rubber non-slip coating protects the optics and mechanical parts against moisture, dust, and dirt. Additionally, it ensures a firm grip, especially when holding the instrument with one hand. Can be mounted on a tripod.
