The Discovery Night BL20 binocular night vision device features a built-in Wi-Fi module useful for remote control of the device via smartphone or tablet. Thanks to the new image intensifier, this instrument combines a night vision device and a classic binocular for daytime use. The Discovery Night BL20 is an excellent choice for multi-day hikes, night hunting, territorial defense, orienteering, and much more.

Visibility in total darkness: 250 meters

The fully-coated lenses with silicon dioxide anti-reflective coating provide vivid images with high contrast and no distortions. It is possible to clearly and vividly observe the smallest details. During the day, any object placed beyond 3 meters can be observed, while at night, it is possible to view an area within a radius of 250 meters. The built-in IR illuminator improves visibility in total darkness, ensuring you stay hidden: invisible to those who have crossed the boundaries of a protected area or to wild animals being hunted. The infrared (IR) light brightness can be adjusted across 7 levels. Note: during the day, the image will be in color, while at night it will be black and white.

Built-in recorder for capturing photos and videos

The instrument includes a recorder that allows taking photos and recording videos. The frame rate is 30 fps. All photos are crystal clear and sharp, and videos are smooth and pleasant to watch. The image resolution can be adjusted if needed (for example, to save space on the memory card). Images can be viewed directly on the binocular’s screen or transferred to an external device via USB connection.

Everything you need for field observation

The binocular offers a secure grip; the control buttons are positioned right under the user’s fingers for maximum comfort, especially important during night observations. The body is waterproof and resistant to dust and dirt. A standard battery set is the best alternative to a rechargeable power battery: batteries are easier to replace in the field if they run out. Batteries provide autonomy from 4 to 10 hours (depending on the IR light intensity). The kit includes a small tripod, which allows positioning the binoculars anywhere for more comfortable observations.

Remote control via Wi-Fi

The standout feature of this binocular night vision device is the built-in Wi-Fi module with remote control function (the signal reception range is about 15 meters). The free app is available on Apple’s App Store (NV Plus) and on Google Play (NVTLSCP). It allows controlling the instrument remotely using your mobile device. You can use it to adjust the infrared (IR) brightness, capture photos and videos, as well as view, download, and delete recorded images and footage.
The app is available for iOS or Android.

Please note: during operation, the IR illumination (infrared light) can be detected by cameras and camcorders as well as other similar electronic devices.
