The bullet cartridge cases must withstand pressures up to as much as 7,000 bar and are therefore considered the shooter's life insurance. To always be on the side of safety, we have developed the most stringent tests in the entire sector. Samples are taken from each batch on a full cycle, cartridges are loaded, and then subjected to an extreme test: • They are tested with a 10% overpressure in special pressure barrels characterized by closing dimensions that are often not even permissible, with variations from 0.2 to 0.4 mm compared to the standard. This procedure simulates similar conditions of old firearms actually existing on the market. • In addition, there are resistance tests with a +30% overpressure in pressure barrels constructed according to CIP regulations. A case that passes our quality control has its own value: it is an RWS case.
