The cartridge cases for bullets must withstand pressures of up to 7,000 bar and are therefore considered the shooter's life insurance. To always be on the safe side, we have developed the most stringent tests in the entire industry.

Samples are taken from each batch in a full cycle, cartridges are loaded and subsequently subjected to an extreme test: • They are tested with a 10% overpressure in special pressure barrels characterized by closure dimensions often not even permissible, with variations from 0.2 up to 0.4 mm compared to the standard. This procedure simulates a similar situation of old firearms actually existing on the market. • Additionally, there are resistance tests with a +30% overpressure in pressure barrels constructed according to CIP regulations. A case that passes our quality control has a value all its own: it is an RWS case.
