The bullet cartridge cases must withstand pressures up to as much as 7,000 bar and are therefore considered the shooter’s life insurance. To always be on the side of safety, we have developed the most rigorous tests in the entire industry. Samples are taken from each batch during the full production cycle, cartridges are loaded, and subsequently subjected to an extreme test: • They are tested with a 10% overpressure in special proof barrels characterized by closure dimensions often not even allowed, with variations of 0.2 up to 0.4 mm compared to the standard. This process simulates an analogous situation of old arms actually existing on the market. • Additionally, there are resistance tests with a +30% overpressure in proof barrels constructed according to CIP standards. A case that passes our quality control has its own value: it is an RWS case.
