The Forster "Original", "Power" Outside Neck Turner Tool, mandrel or pilot for external neck turning of the cartridge case, hardened and precisely sharpened, in place of the standard shell holder pilot.

The pilot pilots are made from .0020” to .0025” smaller than the diameter of the bullet. Forster offers many standard sizes and custom pilots are available for an additional machining charge.

Do not confuse this product with portable outside neck cutting pilots, which are not interchangeable.
