Most new cases have dents, irregularities, and burrs at the mouth. These cases must be resized, expanded, and deburred with a deburring tool.

The inside-outside deburring tool Forster is a multifunctional double-ended tool that can be used by hand or attached to the special base DB2000 (sold separately).

The deburring tool handles all cases from .17 to .45 caliber.

To prepare precise bullet seating, insert the pointed end to chamfer the inside of the case mouth. Fit the open end over the mouth to remove external burrs. Sharp edges formed from cutting a case can be quickly and precisely removed with this tool using its hardened, sharp cutting edges.
