The universal manual priming tool contains, in a single device, the functions of two primers. The universal shell holder base from the APS priming tool has been used, combined with the Primer Tray, which is itself mounted on the standard priming tool to offer an unparalleled result.

The universal shell holder base accepts cases from cal. 32 ACP to 45-70 GVT.

The patented safety passage isolates the primer insertion operation from its feeder, effectively eliminating the possibility of primer detonation within the container. The removable primer container properly positions the primers and accepts any type. Accessories for priming both small and large caps are included.
