If some burrs are left inside the flash hole during manufacturing, misfires can occur. This hand tool quickly smooths and removes the burrs from the flash hole. The adjustment and centering of the tool are done through an adjustable pilot collar to be placed inside the case neck and equipped with a set screw to avoid removing too much material.
