The Levenhuk Fatum Z100 monocular thermal viewer is designed for short to medium-range observations. This device can detect objects the size of a car at distances up to 1000 m. The optimal shooting distance for hunting is approximately 250–330 m: at this distance, it is possible to spot deer or wild boars. This instrument proves reliable for use in sports orienteering, hiking, and search and rescue operations, and it is also an excellent choice for territory protection and livestock care.
The monocular offers both optical and digital magnification, which can be adjusted in discrete steps (from a minimum of 1.5x to a maximum of 3x). Five color palettes are available for the image, which can be changed with the touch of a button even during observation. There is an automatic hotspot detection function. The instrument is also equipped with a laser designator, which can be used to illuminate the target up to a distance of 200 m.
The monocular thermal viewer is powered by a rechargeable and removable battery, whose single charge provides up to 8 hours of operation. This instrument is water-resistant, and the IP66 protection rating allows use of this device even in bad weather conditions without compromising performance. This viewer can be mounted on a tripod (with a standard 1/4' thread).
The Wi-Fi module: It is also possible to connect the monocular viewer to your smartphone to control the device via the TargetIR app. The app can be used to control the monocular thermal viewer, obtain real-time images, save photos and videos to your smartphone (recorder function), and measure the distance to a specific target (rangefinder function). The monocular thermal viewer can be paired with other devices via Bluetooth or USB cable, thanks to the USB Type-C port.
