NORMA Bossoli .300 Winchester Magnum #20276661 (50pcs)

Norma products are known worldwide for their high quality. Cartridge cases are an important factor in this reputation. The superior quality ensures long durability and many reloadings. Norma cases are made with the best possible raw materials and the tightest tolerances, providing precision round after round. The case neck is annealed to become softer. This prevents gas leaks and allows the case to hold the bullet firmly for at least 10 years without cracking due to material aging. Further down the case, the hardness increases to avoid unnecessary stretching. If it is too hard, it carries the risk of cracking. Further down, around the primer pocket, the brass should be solid. Here, the hardness is almost double that around the neck. The material structure reveals the hardness. During processing, large soft grains are broken down into smaller grains, which makes the material harder. During annealing, the small grains become larger and the hardness decreases.
