Levenhuk MED 10M Monocular Microscope

The Levenhuk MED 10M monocular microscope is designed for conducting laboratory research on samples with magnification up to 1000x. This professional optical instrument features achromatic optics and fine focus adjustment for any brightfield observation. The Levenhuk MED 10M microscope is an excellent choice for equipping a medical center, a scientific research center, a clinical and diagnostic laboratory, or a microbiology department of a university.

The microscope has a monocular head with a convenient 45° tilt angle, providing comfortable extended observations. The 360° rotatable head allows the use of this microscope for group research. The optical design uses achromatic elements with antifungal coating. The objective lenses and an eyepiece have a layer of this protective coating. The revolving nosepiece holds four objective lenses, two of which are spring-loaded. A 100x objective lens can be used for immersion method observations (a vial of immersion oil is included in the kit). One eyepiece provides a good field of view and features diopter adjustment.

Coarse and fine focusing is used for sharpness adjustment. A mechanical stage is equipped with a mechanical scale and is movable along two axes. Below, there is an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm and filter holder. Illumination is provided by an intense 5W LED light. It is located at the bottom of the microscope. The illumination is powered via an AC adapter or batteries. The illumination system also includes brightness adjustment.
