Levenhuk F2 Filter Set “Moon and Mars”

The Levenhuk F2 "Moon and Mars" filter set includes two telescope eyepiece filters. One is a filter suitable for studying the lunar surface, the other for observing Mars and other planets of the Solar System. Optical filters increase image contrast, allowing for more detailed observations of astronomical objects. Thanks to the special threading, various Levenhuk filters can be combined with each other. The barrel diameter of both filters is 1.25'.

Levenhuk 1.25' #25 optical filter (red)
This filter has a positive impact on image contrast and is recommended for observing Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. It is characterized by low light transmission, so it can be used efficiently only on telescopes with apertures of 150 mm and above. With this filter, you can see in detail the polar caps, dust clouds, and seas of Mars, as well as the blue clouds of Jupiter and Saturn.

Levenhuk 1.25' lunar filter
It is a classic filter for Moon observation. It reduces brightness to allow more detailed exploration of the lunar surface. Eyes will not get tired, even with prolonged observations. This filter should be used when the Moon is visible beyond 80% and is always necessary when observing the full Moon. It is effective on telescopes with any aperture.
