The Levenhuk D320L BASE digital microscope is designed for conducting laboratory research in the medical, biological, and biochemical fields. It can be used for dermatological, urological research, and other healthcare studies. The capabilities of this microscope will be appreciated by professional researchers working in clinics, hospitals, as well as research laboratories. The microscope can also be utilized for presentations during seminars or for teaching medical students at the university level.
This microscope features a classic monocular head and a four-objective turret. The kit includes a wide-field eyepiece and achromatic objectives with various magnifications. The head rotates 360°, allowing the microscope to be used for group observations. The microscope head is inclined at a 30° angle, providing greater comfort during extended observations of the microcosm.
The microscope's magnification range is from 40x to 1000x. When using the 100x objective, the oil immersion technique must be applied. A bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit. Image sharpness can be improved with the help of the coaxial coarse and fine focus adjustment mechanism.
Samples are placed on a mechanical translator stage. Below it, there is an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm. The halogen illumination is located below the condenser and is powered by AC mains electricity. The light brightness is adjustable. Optical filters can also be installed.
The main feature of the Levenhuk D320L BASE microscope is its 3 MP digital camera. It allows documentation of observations in various image and video formats. The camera is mounted in the optical tube in place of the eyepiece and must be connected to a computer via the included USB cable to view real-time images. The image captured by the objective is transmitted to the computer screen with a resolution of 2048x1536. The kit includes a software CD that enables image and video processing.

Warning: Refer to the specifications table for the correct mains voltage and never attempt to connect a 110 V device to a 220 V socket or vice versa without using a converter. Remember that mains voltage in the USA and Canada is 110 V and 220–240 V in most European countries.
