Levenhuk Blitz 114 BASE Telescope

The Levenhuk Blitz 114 BASE telescope is a classic Newtonian reflector for astronomical observations. It is designed for deep sky observation: globular clusters, binary stars, and even diffuse and planetary nebulas. Outer space elements are also well distinguishable up to Saturn. The telescope has a classic 1.25' focuser, so most optical accessories on the market are compatible with it. In any case, three eyepieces and a Barlow lens are already included in the kit, so it is possible to start observing right away.

The telescope’s optical elements are made of glass with an anti-reflective coating. The mirror has a spherical shape and reproduces a good quality image without distortions up to the maximum useful magnification. To orient the optical tube in the direction of objects, a forked altazimuth mount is used. A micrometric screw on the vertical axis allows for more accurate orientation.

The adjustable-height aluminum tripod is equipped with an accessory tray.
