The Lee New Ultimate Turret Press retains the powerful Big Press linkage and the circumferential tool head support. The perimeter support distinguishes all Lee turret presses from others. The primer disposal tube through the die keeps dirt away from the massive steel base and die.

The Ultimate replaces the interchangeable tool holder feature available in three, four, five, and six stations. The die change is precisely machined and fits snugly around the steel support ring that surrounds the indexable die head, having the right joint to allow free indexing and sufficient radial space to allow perfect die alignment. The perimeter support eliminates any tilting and provides the highest possible precision. Each die position is a quick change, provided by the Lee ram-locking system. Now you can remove your Dies and store them without disturbing the settings. The tool holder change can be quickly done by removing three hex-head alloy steel bolts, wrench included.

Each downward movement of the press automatically brings the tool holder to the next tool position. The new indexing mechanism has only one moving element and is overload protected, making it virtually indestructible. If it gets damaged, the drive clutch can be replaced in seconds without tools. The exact final positioning of the tool head is guaranteed by a locking pin attached to the die.

The Ultimate now includes a case ejector to bring the completed round into the collector. No adjustments are needed, and the ejector is indestructible.

The fully steel composite toggle linkage of the Big Press, found in our 50 BMG reloading press, sizes the toughest cases with ease, with enough stroke to load the longest magnum caliber cartridges.

Ergonomics are excellent with the shaped lever and roller grip. The balanced lever design is easy to operate and will not drop to crush a finger.

The finishing touch, a tool holder surrounds the steel tool holder and holds the case key, 1/4 hex wrench, alternative primer arm, and Safety Prime.
