The Lee New Ultimate Turret Press maintains the powerful Big Press linkage and the circumferential tool head support. The perimeter support distinguishes all Lee turret presses from others. The primer disposal tube through the die keeps dirt away from the heavy steel base and the die.

The Ultimate replaces the interchangeable tool holder features available in three, four, five, and six stations. The die change is precisely machined and fits tightly to the steel support ring that surrounds the indexable die head, having the right joint to allow free indexing and sufficient radial clearance to permit perfect die alignment. The perimeter support eliminates any tilt and provides the highest possible accuracy. Each die station is a quick change, provided by the Lee lock ring system. Now you can remove your Dies and store them without disturbing the settings. The tool holder change can be quickly made by removing three alloy steel hex head bolts, wrench included.

Every downward movement of the press automatically advances the tool holder to the next station. The new indexing mechanism has only one moving part and is overload protected, making it virtually indestructible. If damaged, the drive clutch can be replaced in seconds without tools. The final and exact positioning of the tool head is ensured by a locking pin attached to the lock ring.

The Ultimate now includes a shell ejector to bring the completed round into the catcher. No adjustments are necessary, and the ejector is indestructible.

The fully steel compound rocker linkage of the Big Press, found in our 50 BMG reloading press, sizes the toughest cases with ease, with a stroke long enough to load the longest magnum caliber cartridges.

The ergonomics are excellent with the shaped lever and roller handle. The balanced lever design is easy to operate and will not fall to pinch a finger.

The finishing touch, a tool rack surrounds the steel tool holder and holds die wrenches, 1/4 inch hex wrench, alternative primer arm, and Safety Prime.
