POLYMER TIP
The durable, streamlined polymer tip increases aerodynamic efficiency and acts as a wedge toward the core upon impact, initiating a fast but controlled expansion.
INTERLOCK® BAND
The Interlock band bonds the jacket and core during expansion so the SST retains the mass and energy necessary for impressive wound channels.
FLUTING
The fluting works in combination with the Interlock band to lock the core and jacket together, while also providing a consistent crimping point during loading.
SWEPT PROFILE DESIGN
The profile produces low aerodynamic drag and flatter trajectories. The excellent surface contact with the rifling ensures stability in flight and the best ballistic coefficient.
