InterLock is a classic option for hunting medium and large game. The terminal effectiveness and deep penetration of the Interlock set the standards by which all hunting bullets are judged. The Interlock bullet includes the exposed lead tip for controlled expansion and the InterLock band that wraps the core and jacket, for a devastating transfer in the prey. INTERNAL GROOVES
The internal grooves strategically control the upper portion of the copper jacket, initiating a constant and controlled expansion even at long range.
MONOLITHIC CORE
The monolithic core does not separate, as happens with cores composed of two pieces. Thus, the Interlock bullet retains more mass, energy, and momentum, ensuring high penetration and wide wound channels for a clean kill.
INTERLOCK® BAND
The Interlock band is embedded in the heart of the bullet, binding the core and the jacket together during expansion, to retain mass and energy.
CRIMPING
The crimping on the jacket of most Interlock bullets ensures precise and consistent crimping and works with the Interlock band to bind core and jacket together.
