FORSTER Universal Hollow Pointer Tool for Hollow Point 1/16

The Forster Universal Hollow Pointer is ideal for a shooter or reloader who wants to create cylindrical cavities in the tips of bullets on loaded cartridges. The depth of the hollow point (Hollow Point) is controlled by setting the stop collar on the case cutter. A short or long case cutter base may be necessary for very short or long cartridges.
