Trims most traditional calibers from 0.171″ to 0.459″ – compatible from 5.7 x 28 up to 45-70.
Allows both rough and precise cutting lengths that maintain a repeatability of 0.001″.

Furthermore, Forster produces the only lathe that holds the case in a Brown & Sharpe typecollet, maintaining a constant cutting depth even when the shell diameter varies.
The Original Lathe requires a collar and a pilot for each case, orderable separately.
