The Discovery Field 8x42 binocular is an excellent choice for hunting, trekking, camping, and expeditions. Among the binoculars in the entire collection, these have the widest field of view, allowing observation of the panorama, identifying the direction to take, and solving various challenges that may arise when navigating unknown terrain. The optical system based on standard Porro prisms offers 8x magnification and bright, high-contrast, realistic images, thanks to BK-7 glass lenses with multi-coated anti-reflective coating.

The optics and mechanical parts of the Discovery Field 8x42 are waterproof and resistant to dust infiltration, thanks to the rubber-coated body. The textured non-slip surface prevents the binocular from slipping out of the hands. The plastic body ensures that this model is lighter than other heavy field binoculars and is therefore a better companion for longer walks. Focusing is adjusted via a central wheel. It is also possible to make diopter adjustments and use a threaded adapter for a tripod.
