Discovery Crafts DGL 50 Magnifying Glasses

Discovery Crafts DGL 50 is a binocular magnifying device with rotating lenses: it is possible to remove one lens or both by turning them upwards. It is a convenient solution for when you want to observe an object alternately with the naked eye and magnified. These magnifying glasses have a short focal length and offer high magnification, so their main use is for precision work. In particular: modeling, soldering, repairing mechanisms, surface defect evaluation, jewelry appraisal, etc.

The interchangeable lenses are organized in pairs: 4 sets of 2 lenses each. The optical material is high-transparency optical polymer glass. It is a very durable material, with image quality comparable to standard glass, but with resistance that could even be greater. The lenses are fixed to the glasses frame – the stems can be replaced by a fabric forehead strap, if necessary.

Next to each lens, there is a group of LEDs. The lighting angle is adjustable, resulting in comfortable and precise illumination of the work area. The use of light requires the installation of batteries.
