The Discovery Basics EK5 is a pocket-sized multi-tool with six accessories, useful for camping and travel. The whistle emits sharp signals to alert everyone in case of emergency. The flashlight can be used to illuminate the path ahead in low-light conditions. The compass helps to orient by knowing the cardinal points. With the thermometer, you can know if the temperatures are favorable. The multi-tool also includes a magnifying glass for examining tiny objects and a small mirror.

All these devices are assembled in a single one-piece tool. The magnifying glass and the mirror are hinged on the sides, the compass and thermometer occupy the top section, the whistle and flashlight are positioned at the ends. The flashlight’s power button is on the top, and the whole is powered by a CR1220 battery.
