The Discovery Basics CN10 insect jar is a useful tool for studying fauna and flora. It is a jar with transparent bottom and walls, allowing observation of the collected sample from various angles. The jar lid is not completely transparent but includes a 3x magnifying lens. The jar can accommodate an insect (flies, beetles, spiders, etc.) or a fish (don't forget to fill it with water first!) to allow safe close observation.
The small holes on the lid allow air exchange, so that the small living guests caught from the world around us do not suffer even during longer observations. In addition to insects, minerals, plant parts, and soil samples can also be placed and studied in the jar.
Key features:
- A jar with a 3x lens in the lid
- Transparent bottom and walls
- For safe examination of flora and fauna
