The bullet cartridge cases must withstand pressures up to as high as 7,000 bar and are therefore considered the shooter's life insurance. To always be on the side of safety, we have developed the most stringent tests in the entire industry. Samples are taken from each batch through a full cycle, cartridges are loaded and then subjected to an extreme test: • They are tested with a 10% overpressure in special pressure barrels characterized by closing dimensions often not even permissible, with variations of 0.2 to 0.4 mm compared to the standard. This procedure simulates a similar situation of old weapons actually existing on the market. • Additionally, there are strength tests with a +30% overpressure in pressure barrels built according to CIP standards. A case that passes our quality control has its own value: it is an RWS case.
