Created for military and law enforcement use, the Barnes TAC-X bullet is available in calibers .223 (5.56mm), 6.5mm, 6.8mm, .308, 7.62x39mm and .338 Lapua. Upon impact, they exhibit an expansion double their initial diameter. They are capable of penetrating common materials with minimal deviation. At long distances, they remain even more functional and accurate.
Fully copper, these bullets are lead-free and suitable for use where environmentally non-harmful ammunition is mandatory.
