The Ermenrich MW20 is a portable humidity sensor, or moisture meter. It can quickly measure the moisture level in various materials: wood, cardboard, bamboo, plaster, screed, or mortar. It is an indispensable tool for construction, carpentry, furniture production, and woodworking, but also in everyday life, for example for small renovations.
It is a probe-type humidity sensor, and it is indeed equipped with two pins that are inserted into the material to take the measurement. It can measure not only the moisture level of the material but also its temperature. It is possible to select the type of material on which you want to perform the measurements. The measured values are shown on the integrated monochrome screen, below which the control buttons are located.
This tool is very compact and particularly lightweight as well as easy to use. It is powered by a single battery and features an automatic shutdown function for energy saving.
