Levenhuk Heritage BASE 10x40 is the classic field binocular with 10x magnification and lenses with C anti-reflective coating made of Russian BK10 glass. This universal binocular is excellent for hunters as well as for military personnel, as it allows handling the most difficult tactical activities regardless of observation conditions.

“Made in Russia” lenses

These binoculars are equipped with Russian optical glass produced at the famous Russian plant Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant. Thanks to high quality standards, Russian optical glass is appreciated worldwide among military and hunters. The binocular is the result of collaboration between Levenhuk and the Russian manufacturing plant Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant. The plant was founded in 1940 and has provided optical instruments for observation for over 70 years, serving first the Soviet Armed Forces and later the Russian Army.

Metal body

A sturdy metal body protects lenses and prisms from vibrations and accidental bumps. It is made of aluminum alloy and all joints are sealed with a special substance that protects the optical instrument from dust and moisture. The optical and mechanical parts of the binocular are resistant to extreme temperatures. The operating temperature range goes from -40 to +50 °C. There is no other product that surpasses the performance of Russian lenses and can withstand such temperature variations.

Additional features

The binocular can be adjusted according to individual needs. It has diopter adjustment on the right eyepiece, interpupillary distance adjustment, and sharpness adjustment. The kit includes a protective case and a neck strap.

The company Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant supplies optical observation instruments to the Russian Army, for example for armored combat vehicles or the Ratnik combat uniform, also called the future soldier equipment.
