The bullet cartridge cases must withstand pressures up to as much as 7,000 bar and are therefore considered the shooter's insurance policy. To always be on the safe side, we have developed the most stringent tests in the entire sector. Samples are taken from every batch on a full cycle, cartridges are loaded, and subsequently subjected to an extreme test: • They are tested with a 10% overpressure in special pressure barrels characterized by closure dimensions often not even permissible, with variations from 0.2 up to 0.4 mm compared to the standard. This procedure simulates a similar situation of old firearms actually existing on the market. • In addition, there are strength tests with a +30% overpressure in pressure barrels built according to CIP standards. A case that passes our quality control has value all its own: it is an RWS case.
